What is BoostCart?

BoostCart is a post-purchase upsell app for BigCommerce. It shows targeted offers to customers right after they complete a purchase, increasing your average order value with one-click upsells.

How do I get started?

Install BoostCart from the BigCommerce App Marketplace. The installation takes less than a minute — no theme editing or developer needed. Then create your first upsell offer and you are live.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Our Founders Edition is free forever for the first 500 stores. It includes unlimited upsells, A/B testing, analytics, and priority support at no cost.

How does billing work?

Founders Edition stores pay nothing. Growth plan stores pay 5% of upsell revenue only — you are never charged unless BoostCart generates revenue for you. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. You can uninstall BoostCart at any time from your BigCommerce control panel. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

How do I get support?

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), secure hosting on Vercel and Neon, and follow SOC 2 best practices. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Does BoostCart slow down my store?

No. The BoostCart widget is under 15KB gzipped and loads asynchronously. It has zero impact on your store speed or performance.
